Zesty Roasted Carrots

Ingredients

  • 1 lb carrots, peeled and cut into 1 in. sticks potatoes, brussel sprouts, sweet potatoes, butternut squash or cauliflower can be substituted
  • 2 tbsp FGF Zesty Herb Seasoning
  • 2-4 tbsp butter
  • salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Plave carrots in a small baking dish. Sprinkle with FGF Zesty Herb Seasoning, salt & pepper and top with butter chunks.
  • Roast for 30 minutes, hlaf way through stir the carrots.
