Italian Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 lb FGF ground beef
  • 1/2 lb FGF ground italian sausage
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 FGF pasture raised egg
  • ½ cup onion, chopped
  • 3 tbsp FGF Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp cayenne powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
  • Shape into balls and place in oven safe pan. Bake for 45 minutes.
