Baked Herb Crusted Salmon

Ingredients
- 1 3 lb salmon fillet, skin on, small bones removed
- 2-3 tbsp FGF Herbs De Provence
- 2-3 tbsp butter
- salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Place the butter in the bottom of a glass baking dish and place in oven. Once the butter has melted remove the dish from the oven. Tilt the dish to evenly spread out the melted butter.
- Place the salmon, skin side down, in the dish.
- Evenly coat the salmon in the FGF Herbs De Provence seasoning. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
- Return the dish to the oven. After 10 minutes turn the fish over and cook for another 10-12 minutes. Bake until the fish flakes with a fork.
- Transfer fish to a platter and enjoy.
