Food at the Farm

This spring and summer we are offering a “Food at the Farm” series featuring local food trucks! FGF is the perfect place to come out and enjoy nature, a fantastic view of the Blue Ridge mountains and eat a delicious lunch! We have a shaded seating area by the Market on the Farm along with plenty of space in the lawn and gardens for you to bring a camp chair or a picnic blanket to spread out and enjoy time in nature. We will also have lawn games for some family fun time. The Market on the the Farm & Gift Shop will also be open and retail plants (seasonally) will be available for purchase. Make a day of it and invite your friends and family for a safe socially distanced day on the farm including an amazing lunch from our local talented food truck chefs.

2021 Scheduled Food Trucks:

April 10 – 106 Street Food Delivers quality, locally-sourced ingredients with in custom, made-to-order sandwiches. Everything this food truck produces is made from scratch and passed through the hands of two culinary grad chefs: William Cooper and Austin Robbins.

April 17- Good Waffles & Co Sweet & savory novelty waffles! Fresh made Belgian Waffles. Meant to be enjoyed either hot or cold, our heavy yeast based Belgians are a uniquely memorable experience.

April 18 – FIREFLY on the Fly is the mobile offering from FIREFLY Restaurant + Game Room, located in Charlottesville, Virginia. Look for us around town!

April 25 – The Pie Guy We serve a variety of savory and sweet hand Pies. There is something for everyone: Breakfast, Local beef, Curry chicken and Vegetarian chili to name a few.

May 1 – 106 Street Food Delivers quality, locally-sourced ingredients with in custom, made-to-order sandwiches. Everything this food truck produces is made from scratch and passed through the hands of two culinary grad chefs: William Cooper and Austin Robbins.

May 2 – FARMacy Local Organic Superfood Mexican Fusion Food Truck. We stand for quality not quantity. We choose freshness over price and supporting our local community. We stand for humanely raised animals and by products without hormones and antibiotics. So we choose as much organic and local ingredients as possible.

May 2 – Sliced. Cake Bar offers homemade cakes, cakes by the slice, buttercream shots and cake flights, like a beer flight, but with cake!

May 9 – FIREFLY on the Fly is the mobile offering from FIREFLY Restaurant + Game Room, located in Charlottesville, Virginia. Look for us around town!

May 15 – Martin’s Grill Burger Bus Serving up Charlottesville’s best burgers, cheesesteaks, and BBQ!
