Herb Infused Yogurt Cheese

After you have made your Homemade Yogurt , you can strain the yogurt through a Yogurt Cheese Strainer or through cheesecloth lined strainer into a clean bowl beneath for 6 hours in the fridge. When it is done straining, you can mix 2 tablespoons of FGF seasoning mixes into your cheese, to give it a herb infused flavor or use chopped up fresh herbs.
Serving Suggestions: as a healthy dip for vegetables, on toast, on crackers or thickly sliced cucumber for an appetizer, mixed in hot freshly cooked pasta for a creamy herbed pasta dish.
