- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup mayonnaise or greek yogurt, cottage cheese
- 3-4 tbsp FGF Spinach Dip
- Combine ingredients & chill for at least 2 hours.
- Greek yogurt or cottage cheese can be substituted for a low-fat version. If using cottage cheese you don't need to use the sour cream.
- Serve with crackers, bread, veggies, or chips.
