Zesty Roasted Carrots
- 1 lb carrots, peeled and cut into 1 in. sticks potatoes, brussel sprouts, sweet potatoes, butternut squash or cauliflower can be substituted
- 2 tbsp FGF Zesty Herb Seasoning
- 2-4 tbsp butter
- salt & pepper, to taste
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Plave carrots in a small baking dish. Sprinkle with FGF Zesty Herb Seasoning, salt & pepper and top with butter chunks.
- Roast for 30 minutes, hlaf way through stir the carrots.
